The study evaluates how providers apply artificial intelligence, generative AI, agentic workflows, automation, platform engineering and governance across the application lifecycle. It examines capabilities spanning development and modernization, production support, release assurance and continuous validation as the U.S. market moves toward more intelligence-led ADM models.
On Application Managed Services – SIs, Pandya said, “HTC Global Services differentiates its AMS through MAiGE-enabled AI operations, combining predictive automation, observability and integrated governance to support more resilient and efficient application environments.”
In Application Development Projects, ISG highlighted HTC’s proprietary MAiGE platform, which combines GenAI Studio, Agentic AI, OmniDev AI, Janushift and DataWorks. The report notes that the platform supports requirements generation, user-story creation, code generation, data modeling, synthetic data generation and DevOps automation. It also cites HTC’s local delivery teams, industry experience and agentic SDLC model, which applies AI across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
In Application Managed Services, ISG highlighted MAiGE-led routine-task automation, predictive analytics, real-time insight generation and proactive maintenance. The report also recognizes HTC’s AI adoption governance, including training on MAiGE and selected SDLC copilots, reported internal certification across AI-enabled training, standard SLAs and observability for productivity and usage. HTC’s ZeroOps as a Service adds event correlation, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, runbook automation, closed-loop remediation and virtual agents to managed services.
The report also positions HTC as a Product Challenger in Continuous Testing Specialists, a third quadrant within the same U.S. study.
