Sathish Kumar Nuggu is the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) at HTC Global Services and brings over 28 years of experience in the IT industry. His extensive background includes leadership positions across IBM, Accenture, Virtusa, Sonata, and KFin Technologies.

As Chief Delivery Officer, Sathish is responsible for spearheading HTC’s Global Delivery strategy, enabling delivery excellence across all the verticals and business units. He brings a wealth of experience in engineering-led transformation, planning, budgeting, and business operations. With his global leadership experience, he brings deep expertise in modernization and in scaling high-performance engineering organizations. 

At Sonata Software, he led the Delivery Council and played a key role in advancing AI-led transformation across global accounts, while strengthening engineering discipline and operational scalability. 

He is known for building Centres of Excellence, global delivery factories, modernization platforms, and high-velocity engineering models that enhance predictability, quality, and client impact. His delivery-focused leadership consistently aligns execution with measurable business outcomes. 

He holds an engineering degree from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India.
