Life Insurance Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a Life Insurance Business Analyst with 7 to 10 years of overall Business Analysis experience.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in Life Insurance domain.

 Domain Expertise Required

• Life Insurance business with strong understanding of:
• Agent lifecycle (onboarding, hierarchy, commissions, incentives)
• Policy administration (New Business, Endorsements, Renewals, Servicing).
• Home Office operations.
• Underwriting processes (manual & automated, risk rules, decision workflows).
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and operational impacts in Life Insurance.
• Strong Life Insurance domain knowledge (Agent, Policy, Home Office, Underwriting)
• Excellent experience in Agile / Scrum delivery model
• Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted Business Analysis practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in parallel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Policy Administration Systems (PAS)
• Exposure to digital insurance transformation or modernization programs
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-driven requirements
• BA certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA (preferred)
