About the Role:
We are seeking a Life Insurance Business Analyst with 7 to 10 years of overall Business Analysis experience.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in Life Insurance domain.
Domain Expertise Required
- Life Insurance business with strong understanding of:
- Agent lifecycle (onboarding, hierarchy, commissions, incentives)
- Policy administration (New Business, Endorsements, Renewals, Servicing).
- Home Office operations.
- Underwriting processes (manual & automated, risk rules, decision workflows).
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and operational impacts in Life Insurance.
- Strong Life Insurance domain knowledge (Agent, Policy, Home Office, Underwriting)
- Excellent experience in Agile / Scrum delivery model
- Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted Business Analysis practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in parallel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on Policy Administration Systems (PAS)
- Exposure to digital insurance transformation or modernization programs
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-driven requirements
- BA certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA (preferred)
