Microsoft 365 Platform Administrator

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to support Microsoft 365 platform tools. This role will focus on reviewing the Microsoft 365 roadmap and features, identifying major changes, and collaborating with various teams to implement and enable new capabilities across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the current state of Microsoft 365 platform tools and services
  • Review Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and identify major feature changes
  • Understand and manage Microsoft 365 licensing structures
  • Collaborate with platform teams to assess the impact of new features and support implementation efforts
  • Help create and maintain documentation, user guides, and KBAs
  • Identify and define default settings for new features based on platform standards and current usage

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including:
    • Teams
    • Outlook
    • Office Applications Administration
    • Intune
    • Viva
    • Copilot
    • Loop
    • Exchange Online Premium
    • Entra ID
    • Power Platform
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 admin centers
  • Knowledge of creating and maintaining platform roadmaps
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to quickly understand current environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with IT teams
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications demonstrating platform knowledge
