Overview / Summary

We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Specialist to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that support data analysis, automation, and decision-making. This role involves working with AI models, machine learning technologies, knowledge graph integrations, cloud-based AI platforms, and MLOps practices to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business requirements and develop AI algorithms, models, and applications to solve complex problems.
  • Generate recommendations, identify patterns, make predictions, interpret sensor data, and support intelligent automation capabilities.
  • Perform large-scale experimentation and develop data-driven applications that convert data into actionable insights.
  • Drive innovative applications of AI technologies, including:
    • Deep Learning
    • Generative AI
    • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
    • Image Processing
    • Cognitive Automation
    • Intelligent Process Automation
    • Reinforcement Learning
    • Virtual Assistants
  • Research, evaluate, and optimize AI technologies to improve efficiency, automation, and analytical accuracy.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI solutions.
  • Lead deployment and integration of pre-developed AI models into cloud-based environments.
  • Collaborate with knowledge graph engineering teams to integrate AI models with enterprise ontologies and graph-based data.
  • Execute AI-assisted software development practices using AI-powered development tools and automated workflows.
  • Design and maintain automated pipelines supporting model inference and data integration.
  • Develop reusable integration patterns and data contracts to support scalable AI implementations across multiple business functions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics delivering production-grade solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Artificial Intelligence & Expert Systems
    • Machine Learning
    • Data Science
    • Data Modeling
    • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Familiarity with graph query languages such as Cypher.
  • Experience with MLOps principles and tools such as:
    • Azure ML
    • AWS SageMaker
    • GCP AI Platform
    • Kubeflow
    • MLflow
  • Experience designing and implementing AI-specific SDLC processes.
  • Strong expertise with cloud services and AI platforms, including GCP and Vertex AI.
  • Experience with data integration patterns.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
