Infrastructure/Platform Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure/Platform Engineer to execute the migration of enterprise virtualized workloads from VMware to Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization Engine (OVE). The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in virtualization platform migrations, Kubernetes-based infrastructure, identity and access management with Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise security best practices.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Virtualization or equivalent certification.
• Hold a VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent prior VMware certification.
• Preferred to have Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (Entra ID/Azure AD).
• Experience with large-scale data center migrations and change management processes.
• Experience with backup/DR tools compatible with OVE (e.g., Veeam, Red Hat OADP).
• In-depth Knowledge of container security tools (e.g., Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security, Falco)
