Tester - Asset Management and Automation

Job Description

We are looking for a Tester – Asset Management & Automation with 6+ years of overall testing experience. The role requires strong expertise in test automation using Selenium or Playwright and mandatory experience in the Asset / Investment Management domain. Exposure to AI-driven testing or related technologies is preferred.

Requirements:

• Experience in Test Asset Management platforms covering Portfolio Management, Trade Lifecycle, Fund Accounting, NAV, Performance & Compliance.
• Act as a quality advisor to stakeholders; proactively suggest improvements.
• Own test strategy and quality oversight across delivery.
• Execute functional, integration, and UAT testing for financial and compliance-critical releases.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation using SQL.
• Develop and maintain UI and API test automation.
• Support regression automation and CI/CD integration.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and defect triage.
• Strong Asset / Investment Management testing experience.
• Understanding of trade workflows, asset classes and fund accounting.
• Strong understanding of test strategy, automation and metrics.
• Automation tools: Selenium / Playwright / REST Assured.
• Proficient in Tools such as JIRA, ALM, Jenkins, Git.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
