About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong technical background and hands-on understanding of the AI Software Development Life Cycle (AI SDLC) to lead the delivery of AI-powered products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end program execution for AI/ML initiatives from ideation to production.
• Manage cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, MLOps, and Business stakeholders.
• Define project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Ensure adherence to AI SDLC best practices, including data management, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Track program health, resolve blockers, and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Facilitate agile delivery and foster continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of program/project management experience with a strong technical foundation.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, MLOps, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience managing complex, large-scale technology programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• PMP/Agile certifications preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Responsible AI, and AI governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI services.
