Prior to joining HTC, he held global CFO positions in Intellect Design Arena Ltd and Tata Technologies Ltd, and is a Best CFO award winner in India.

Prior to joining HTC, he held global CFO positions in Intellect Design Arena Ltd and Tata Technologies Ltd, and is a Best CFO award winner in India. He has also worked with KPMG at a senior level position in the audit division, and as a senior partner in Borkar & Muzumdar Chartered Accountants, India, an audit and consulting firm.
In his professional journey, Venkat has managed multiple roles within Finance. This includes leading teams of Corporate Finance, Accounting Operations, Business Finance & Planning, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Internal and External Auditing, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Corporate Administration Management, Infrastructure Management, Revenue Assurance, Cost Management, Procurement Operations, Corporate Compliances, and Treasury Management. He also headed practices in consultancy organizations of Assurance, Taxation and Financial Advisory Services catering to a diverse set of organizations.
Venkat’s personal working style is best described as being detail-oriented, highly interpersonal, adaptable, and hard working.
Venkat holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh, India and is also a rank holder Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
