Much ADO About Azure DevOps

THE CLIENT

Our client is a global leader in the premium drink segment, with over 200 brands. They approached us to migrate all projects such as work items, stories, issues, tasks, etc. from Atlassian Jira to Azure DevOps (ADO) as HTC Global Services had completed many projects successfully.

THE PROBLEM

Why the Switch? The client found Jira complicated as no collaboration features were found to communicate between teams. Since JIRA was not cost-effective and the current Atlassian license was expiring, they decided not to continue as a part of the tool consolidation project. ADO is an on-demand cloud platform for building, testing, and deploying code, using tools.
