Madhava Reddy is the founder of HTC Global Services, a global IT Company. From simple beginnings as a Michigan corporation established in 1990, Madhava’s guidance, leadership, and vision has led the company to grow exponentially with global presence across several different countries.

Madhava Reddy is the founder of HTC Global Services, a global IT Company. From simple beginnings as a Michigan corporation established in 1990, Madhava’s guidance, leadership, and vision has led the company to grow exponentially with global presence across several different countries. His vision for the organization is driven by the ideology to build an organization committed to its values and guided by its relationships with all stakeholders; believing that our success is driven by the success of our clients and employees. He is credited for having created an enterprise with strong industry alliances, providing world-class technology expertise hand-in-hand with rich industry knowledge, establishing HTC Global Services as a Technology Partner of choice.

Born in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India, Madhava is a CPA and received his bachelor’s degree from Sri Venkateswara University, India and later received his second bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Walsh College, Troy, Michigan. Believing in the importance of a good education, Madhava has established HTC Training Centers in Chennai, India, and continues to support the ongoing training of our employees as the IT industry evolves. He has also served as a Trustee for various educational endeavors in the USA and India, most recently at Walsh College for over ten years, and at Lalaji Omega International School, Chennai.

Prior to founding HTC Global Services, Madhava started his career as a Bank Manager in India and later worked for a CPA firm. Madhava got his start in the IT Industry working in a leadership role at an IT Services company. This started his entrepreneurial spirit, which has continued through the years. He led the acquisition teams at HTC Global Services involved in acquiring CareTech Solutions in 2014, and substantial assets and talent from Ciber, Inc. in 2017.

Over the years, Madhava has been awarded several honors including the ‘CII-ICICI Venture Connect Entrepreneur of the Year’ award and has been featured in the ‘Corp! Magazine’. He has also been recognized as a ‘Distinguished Alumni of Walsh College’ and featured in the Detroiter Magazine for his contribution to educational and non-profit organizations. Madhava is a certified Heartfulness meditation trainer for over 30 years, and he currently serves on the boards as Managing Trustee of Lalaji Omega International School, The Heartfulness Education Trust, and The Lachimi Foundation.
