A veteran in the Information Technology industry with more than 33 years of experience, Chary Mudumby has been with HTC since August 1994. As Chief Technology Officer, Chary leads the company’s efforts to keep pace with market and technology trends and support business units to open new avenues of growth. Earlier, as head of HTC’s offshore operations, Chary led multiple complex managed services engagements ranging from application development to business process outsourcing. He also spearheads HTC’s product development initiatives.
Chary joined the Company as Director – Technical and also served as HTC’s Executive Vice President overseeing Technology Management and Global Development Centers.
Chary earned an M.S. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology in Chennai, India. He also holds an MSc. Tech. in Physics and Electronics (with a gold medal).
An accomplished IT industry business and sales leader with more than 25 years of comprehensive experience, Girish Arora has been managing the Financial Services vertical to accelerate growth in the Banking and Financial Services industry for IT and Business Process Outsourcing services. He has experience in leadership roles in the IT and BPO industry in the areas of Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Sales Management, Engagement Management, and Resource Management.
Girish, with his strong business planning and execution experience, was responsible for starting, building, and growing the new business areas. He has been developing and managing senior level relationships with strategic customers, generating new business, managing engagements, and leading cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction for Fortune 500 companies.
Girish has been creating and implementing Go-to-Market strategy, pursuit strategies for new and existing customers, managing overall relationship building process, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery. He has been building and managing a world class Sales and Client relationship team for Onshore and Offshore Engagements providing direction, goal setting, mentoring, personal development, and performance management.

As Executive Vice President, Narayan Renga is responsible for Global Delivery and Strategic Accounts. He manages delivery for US Operations inclusive of Strategic Sourcing for multi-geographies and for Strategic Business Units covering strategic customers in the US. His focus is on providing services resulting in business transformation through thought leadership.
Narayan has end-to-end experience in establishing and managing customer relationship and business development. He has expertise in setting up the Project Management Office and delivering services to large strategic customers. He also has expertise in various Engagement and Delivery models catering to multi-geographies. He has extensive experience in delivering services in Outsourcing and Managed Services engagement models and in establishing Quality Systems for large IT organizations.
Narayan brings over 30 years of diverse leadership experience in the IT Industry. He joined HTC in 2009 after a successful career at Convansys/CSC and Satyam, ICIM, and BHEL. In his previous employment, he had managed new business efforts, led healthcare business units, and had played an integral role in driving growth, from overseeing contract negotiations to executing large contracts for some of their top clients. He has experience working in India, the United Kingdom, and in the United States.
Prashant leads the effort for providing thought leadership in ECM, BPM, and Online Publishing domains. He is also responsible for the delivery of technology solutions for enabling digital transformation and driving operational efficiencies.
Prashant has been instrumental in building strategic relationships with clients to provide IT services and manage large value IT projects delivery across business verticals. In his 20+ years of tenure at HTC, he has been consistently recognized for driving the company’s growth through strategic technology initiatives.
Before joining HTC, Prashant was managing a company involved in developing Embedded Systems and Solutions for the Department of Defense agencies. Prashant holds a degree in Electronics Engineering.
With more than 35 years of diverse experience in the Information Technology industry, Suresh is the Vice President of Human Resources HTC, managing human resources operations, employee benefits, and immigration. Prior to the corporate HR role at HTC, he managed strategic alliance engagements with HTC’s large customers. He helped HTC to grow these engagements by developing excellent customer and employee relationships, business processes, tools, and resources and setting up onshore/offshore delivery capabilities. He joined HTC in 1998 after a successful career at Elecon, Tata (Nelco), and IIM Ahmedabad.
Vani Prasad has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, as is a Vice President at HTC Global Services (HTC) since 2004. Vani joined HTC in 1996, and developed the Insurance Practice for HTC, one client at a time. As Vice President for Insurance and HealthCare Services, he has built a robust business unit having customers in many states across the US. He is a Business Management Professional with experience in leading complex business, project and program initiatives for Enterprise IT modernization.
His current interest is in the digital transformation that is happening across all industries to improve customer engagement, derive operational performance, and drive cost savings through value driven solutions and services. Vani also manages a number of technology and solution partnerships, to position HTC well in the industry for tailored software implementations. Prior to joining HTC, Vani has led many projects in India, US and UK for various industries and involving a wide variety of technologies.
Vani earned his Master’s Degree in Industrial Management with specializations in Operations Research and Organizational Behavior from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
As Executive Vice President, Operations, Venu is responsible for the US Business Operations. In this role he supports business development across all verticals, Global Strategic Sourcing, Human Resources Management and Mergers & Acquisitions. In addition, Venu heads the Human Resource function for CareTech Solutions, Inc also, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of HTC Global Services. He joined HTC in December 2009.
Venu brings over 41 years of diverse business leadership experience in the IT Industry. Prior to HTC, Venu was with Convansys / CSC and TCS. During his tenure at Covansys / CSC, he managed new business efforts, led the automotive business unit as the Head of Human Resources, played a vital role in the IPO and spearheaded the integration of several newly acquired companies. As Executive Vice President of Offshore Solutions, at Covansys/CSC, Venu played an integral role in driving growth, from overseeing contract negotiations, to executing a large contract for one of their top clients. In his 16 plus years at TCS, he performed in several different Technical roles. He was the Regional Manager in their New York office, during last three years of his tenure with TCS.
Vikas Bhutada, Executive Vice President, has 30+ years of experience in the IT industry. He has played a key role in building and expanding HTC’s business globally, over the past 18 years.
Vikas has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. He started his career with Tata Engineering, India, as Systems Analyst. He later worked as General Manager with an IT products and solutions company in Bahrain for 11 years where he developed and expanded the company’s software products portfolio and business in the Arabian Gulf and Asia-Pacific regions.
His experience in the global IT industry covers a broad spectrum of activities such as, business and technology strategy, thought leadership, developing alliances and partnerships, managing sales and business development, contract negotiations, team building, product management, and recruitment. He has managed strategic business units across industry verticals and multiple geographies covering large size P&Ls; large global client engagements covering IT outsourcing and BPO deals; products development and marketing; Technology practices, and M&A deals.
Vikas also serves in an advisory capacity on the board of a young startup company.
Vikas loves to play Cricket and Golf and has deep interests in Spirituality, Business, and Technology. He is also involved with multiple social, cultural, and business associations in the metro Detroit area.

Over the past 26 years, he has grown HTC to a global provider of Information Technology solutions, recording significant growth in revenue and market share with thousands of employees around the globe. He ascribes his phenomenal growth to consistent adherence to the core values of Simplicity, Honesty, and Humility based on the principle of Truth. He is a ‘2010 Corp! Magazine’ award recipient and was also named the ‘CII-ICICI Venture Connect 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year’.
Prior to starting HTC, he immigrated to USA in 1983 as a family immigrant.
Tommi White is the president of CareTech Solutions (CareTech), a leader in information technology (IT) and mobility services for U.S. hospitals and health systems. As president, she is responsible for defining and articulating the company’s vision as well as creating and implementing the strategic direction to meet its business and operational goals.
White seeks to promote a culture of “Performance Excellence in Healthcare IT” that optimizes the delivery of services to clients while rewarding employees’ productivity and creativity.
She was previously the executive advisor to the chairman for HTC Global Services, providing valuable leadership and insight during their acquisition of CareTech and in the transition phase that followed, bringing the two organizations together.
White has also served as chief executive officer of ER-One/NetMD, where she led the strategy and operations for the company and its affiliates, expanding its client base beyond Michigan and into Pennsylvania and Virginia.
White has also held executive positions at Compuware, Kelly Services, Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Skandia Direct Operations Corporation, American Express, and National Bank of Detroit. She also served on the Board of the Federal Reserve.
Widely recognized as an effective and innovative leader in her distinguished career, White has been identified as one of Computerworld’s “Top 100 Information Technology Leaders” and twice named to Detroit Crain’s Magazine’s “Most Influential Women” list. She also serves on the Board of Beaumont Hospitals Center for Exceptional Families.
Jeff Bell, more than 30 years of experience in healthcare IT and cybersecurity, is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for CareTech Solutions. He has held IT management and leadership positions at numerous organizations. At the Detroit Medical Center (DMC), Jeff was the manager of System Integration and Client Services. At the Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Michigan (VNA), Jeff was the IT Director/CIO and security officer. His most recent stint was at PwC in the cybersecurity and privacy practice.
Jeff has the Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC) and Certified Professional in Health Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) certifications. He was the chairperson of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Privacy and Security Committee and the Risk Assessment Workgroup of the HIMSS Privacy and Security Committee and a member of the CPOE Workgroup of the HIMSS Enterprise Information Systems Committee. Jeff is a member of the SANS Advisory Board, InfraGard and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
George Surdu, with more than 40 years of IT leadership, spanning both the automotive and banking industries, is the Chief Strategy Officer at HTC Global Services. He leads the coordination and development of an integrated decision-making strategy for the business as well as the setting of technology-related products and service directions that will be the focus of HTC through 2020. George also provides insights for Marketing and Sales, Technology Research and Innovation Services, Technology Partnership Programs, and Industry Analyst Relationship Management.
Previously, as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Comerica Bank, George led all IT activities including software development and production support, infrastructure operations, IS security services, advanced technology research, technology engineering, IS business relationship management, and IT risk assurance. At Ford Motor Company, he held several executive positions across eight divisions, most notably as Director, Global Infrastructure Services.
