The client is the world’s leading manufacturer of innovative, high quality, and proprietary window coverings and architectural products.
THE BUSINESS CHALLENGES
The client is using SAP ERP along with Salesforce CRM and both these product suites do not have complete integration. They required a comprehensive global CRM system for all their dealers and installers of their products. The lack of complete integration between SAP and their manufacturing and delivery systems imposed operational challenges. They also wanted seamless integration of CRM with their dealer quote/order management system and continued support to the Dealer Portal and Field Services Lightning systems.
