In this journey, the client wanted to digitize many services such as reservations, loyalty programs, free Wi-Fi, Digital check-in, keyless entry, and more through an integrated digital solution, without any human interference.
The mobile app solution was expected to enable customers to manage check-in and checkout without any human interference.
