Today, digital channels have changed the ways that customers prefer to interact with insurance companies. To digitally stay ahead, the client decided to scale their customer conversation by delivering personalized, interactive communications via customers’ preferred channels – anytime and anywhere.
The client saw an opportunity to migrate from the existing Thunderhead NOW platform to SmartCOMM Cloud. They chose HTC to execute the project based on HTC’s experience in deploying SmartCOMM solutions.
