THE BUSINESS CHALLENGES
The client was using a combination of legacy systems that lacked integration and several disparate manual processes to manage their APS tasks. This created information silos and compelled manual data entry of the APS processing information. It also delayed the disposition of APS cases and providing vulnerable adults protection, safety, and security in the least intrusive manner to help them thrive in their own living space.
